My Journey
My journey towards understanding Functional Wellness began in 1990. As an athlete, I’ve always prioritized nourishing my body and maintaining optimal health. Over the years, I've discovered that due to depleted soils and environmental factors, we can't rely solely on food for our nutritional needs. This realization led me to seek out additional ways to supplement my daily nutrition.
Lessons Learned
Through extensive travel and education, I visited manufacturing facilities and toured harvesting practices for ancient nutrition lines. This experience taught me a vital lesson: “Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself." It also underscored the importance of sifting through information and sourcing truths.
Partnerships and Expertise
I'm grateful for the blessings that have come my way, allowing me to partner with unique companies at the forefront of science and truthful products. One such company merges science with plant-based wellness and leads the field in anti-aging supplementation through their AgeLOC science, focusing on Youth Gene Clusters (YGC) and their influence on gene expression and DNA health. Another partner, an algae company from Oregon, has been a pioneer in wild algae stewardship. Through my learning experiences with these companies, I’ve embraced the concept that "Food is Medicine" and that healing our bodies requires a whole foods Nutrient approach combining science with plant based medicine.
My Purpose and Passion
I am passionate about natural health, nutrition, and fitness. I love sharing what works and what doesn’t with others. This passion has led me to Brand Affiliate Marketing, which I believe is a prime example of the free enterprise system. There are no barriers other than our willingness and self-education to make a wonderful living, or to supplement our income, depending on our individual needs.
