Green tea contains catechins and caffeine, which can stimulate thermogenesis and fat oxidation. Catechin-polyphenols in green tea can inhibit catechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT), an enzyme that breaks down norepinephrine. This may explain why green tea can stimulate thermogenesis. Caffeine can inhibit trancellular phosphodiesterases, which break down NA-induced cAMP. Together, these ingredients may help manage obesity.

Toxins May Be Making you fat!!  We are exposed to loads of contaminants on a daily basis. When we sit in traffic, we’re breathing in air pollution.
